Fixed Fee Advice Consultations
We also offer no-obligation fixed fee advice consultations where we provide detailed advice specific to your circumstances, including a clear idea of where you stand and what your entitlements are.
Our fixed fee advice consultations are conducted in person (either face-to-face at our office or via video conference), charged at $450 including GST, and are invoiced after your meeting, no pre-payment required.
Fixed Fee Pricing
Our upfront pricing options include fixed fees for all non-litigious matters. This means you will find out the cost of our services from start to finish. Once we have locked in the price, you can enjoy peace of mind to focus on what matters most – your legal matter.
As for litigation, we charge in stages to reflect how the court process is conducted. We will provide you with a fixed fee ahead of each stage. We will also provide an estimate of your total fees for the whole litigation. However, rest assured that most cases are settled in the early stages of the process.
